Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Options Drill (optionsdrill.app) is a free educational tool. This policy explains what data it collects and how it is used.
What we collect directly
Options Drill runs entirely in your browser. Anything you enter — and your flashcard/study progress — is processed and stored on your device (localStorage) and is not sent to or stored on our servers. Options Drill requires no account, asks for no email, and stores no personal information. It never connects to a brokerage and never holds API keys.
Anonymous usage analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymous usage — page views, referring sites, country-level location, and browser type. These tools are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies that identify you personally.
Advertising
Options Drill does not currently display advertising. If ads are introduced in the future, they will be served by Google AdSense or a similar network, whose partners may set their own cookies to serve relevant ads. This policy will be updated to describe them before any ads appear; you will be able to opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or aboutads.info.
Cookies
Our analytics are cookieless and set no tracking cookies today. If advertising is introduced, ad-network cookies will be used and described here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will not affect how Options Drill works.
Children
Options Drill is a general-audience educational tool, not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we materially change how data is handled, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
